ORDERS

For online orders, verify all information is correct prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for any errors such as misspellings, incorrect colors, incorrect sizing, etc. entered by the customer on any order form. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you via phone or email if we have any questions.

If you are ordering by website, in-person, or by phone, you will need to pay for and approve your order before we start production. (Briefly describe the method of approval). Please be sure to verify that all information (spelling, colors, sizes, quantities of items, etc.) is correct prior to approval. We are not responsible for any errors such as misspellings, incorrect colors, incorrect sizing, etc. entered by the customer on any approved order form, etc. All orders will require full payment and approval before the customization production can begin.

Custom wood orders take a minimum of 2 weeks for processing. Depending on the size and level of customization, orders can take 4 weeks or more. 

Customization options include but are not limited to. However, based on the size of the wood piece selected, customization options may be limited.

When your order is placed an estimated processing time will be provided. This estimate may change once the order is confirmed with payment. The customization process begins once the full amount for the item has been received. Unfortunately, we are unable to begin the customization process with partial or incomplete payments.

An approved mock-up is required to begin the customization process. If a mock-up is not approved, processing time can be delayed. Once a customized item(s) has been approved, no changes or cancellations can be made. There are no refunds on custom wood pieces.

We accept cash, cash app, and Zelle as forms of payment. For electronic payments please include the following information in the memo section: Customer first name, last name - Greek organization  (example: Rhonda Dixon .-Iota Phi Lambda) 

SHIPPING

If applicable, orders are shipped from Maryland via USPS 2-day Priority Mail (or whatever method you choose). Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping which varies depending on size/weight of item(s).
